Brian Surbaugh

Though a Lexington native, Brian moved to Seattle in 2003 to pursue a career in the culinary arts.  He graduated from the Seattle Culinary Academy and began his career at Veil.  After many years in Seattle, Brian’s love of the Bluegrass brought him home.  As the executive chef of Table 310, Brian is excited about bringing fresh, local, and inventive food to Lexington.
